  1. Hi Laura. I’ve been using concentrate but one issue I have is that you
    still have to start it yourself, is there a way to schedule it
    automatically to start a specified times? 

  2. Hey Laura, what a great tip! I’ll try this 15 min to work and 10 min to
    rest cycle out. Thank you! P.s. It’s really funny to use an app that blocks
    the social media sites 🙂 I always try it with my will power and go on FB
    only I’ve done the important work… It works so far for me.

  5. Thanks Irena. They say that environment is more powerful than willpower –
    change your environment (i.e. block FB etc using an app) and you don;t have
    to use your willpower – that can go on something else, like not eating too
    much chocolate lol 😉
