My main tip for productivity is to set a schedule and stick to it when you
are your own boss. Can be pretty dull but keeps workday to about 10 hours.
Set a recurring calendar event with an alarm for routine daily tasks.
Example everyday from 8:15-8:50 prioritize/organize workspace don’t look at
phone or email until this is done, 9-10:30 answer emails, from 10:30-11:30
do client/prospect follow up calls, noon-2:30 outside visits happy hour
client meetings limit to one hour (and no more than 2 cocktails!), etc.
